This blog is written by Scott Mitchell who day in and day out faces quotas, customers, and competition in his quest to drive revenue and profit. It is meant to be a place for all of us who face the pressure and constant challenges in IT Sales. It is a forum for any other IT Sales Pros to share ideas, advice, and lessons learned.

My goal is to share some news, insights, thoughts, and other interesting tidbits that I think of, read, and contemplate from various sources of information and insight.

Currently I reside in the Baltimore-Washington area and work for a company engaged in Microsoft based services to clients large and small throughout the East geography.
